Tour Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is made between Mardin Day Trip Tours (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) who books a tour with the Company.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the scope of the tour services provided by the Company, including booking, cancellation, and modification policies, as well as the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Tour bookings can be made via the website or other communication channels.
  • Booking is confirmed upon full payment.
  • Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • If the Customer cancels the booking at least 48 hours before the tour start date, a full refund will be issued.
  • For cancellations within 48 hours of the tour, no refund will be provided.
  • Requests for changing the tour date will be subject to availability and may be evaluated individually.

5. Responsibilities

  • The Company ensures the tour is conducted as per the agreed itinerary.
  • The Customer agrees to follow the rules of the tour and follow the guidance of the tour guide.
  • In the case of cancellation due to force majeure, the Company will offer a full refund to the Customer.

6. Health and Safety

The Customer confirms that they are in good health to participate in the tour. It is the Customer's responsibility to inform the Company of any health conditions or special needs prior to the tour.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, war, strikes, or epidemic diseases that prevent the tour from taking place, the Company reserves the right to offer an alternative tour or a full refund to the Customer.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the courts and enforcement offices in Mardin, Turkey.
